The supervisor will monitor guard performance, coordinate duty schedules, and maintain high standards of discipline and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security guards on duty
• Prepare duty rosters and assign responsibilities
• Perform regular checks and patrols to ensure alertness
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct
• Train guards in emergency response and protocol handling
• Coordinate with management and report daily activities
• Handle conflicts and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th Pass
• Age: 22–50 years
• Must have experience in security operations
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and active
• Knowledge of reporting and documentation
